who we are
Relationships aren't one-sided, so get to know a bit about each of the Adruce family members and why they got into this business to begin. While it all started in 2007 by Ulises, the rest of the members got involved during a family vacation in Fort Meyers where he shared his life-long passion for multifamily investing.
Jennifer Cerna
Jennifer is the eldest daughter of the founders and loves all things business. She fell in love with the idea of forming strategic partnerships in real estate to get a better outcome for all. She has a marketing/sales degree from UCF & runs her own marketing and design agency.
Paola Cerna
Paola has known she wanted to be her own boss since she was 12. So when the opportunity came to work in the family in the family business, she jumped right on it. She loves the opportunity real estate gives people to follow their dreams. Paola is currently a student at UCF.
ulises Cerna
Ulises has been investing in Real Estate since 2005 when he began doing flips, renovations, short sales and investing in Single Family Homes. He transitioned to multifamily to help his family and others take advantage of the unique advantages it offers.

Fun Facts
We love to play hard as much as we work hard. When we go on vacation, we love to take the opportunity to take the distraction-free and relaxed environment to review our goals to see if we are on track. But we never pass up the chance to take the sights in! Here are some of the places where we've taken some time off: Mexico, Ft. Meyers, Puerto Rico & Yosemite National Park.
Family Workcations
We love to push ourselves to the limit! We had the chance to do an Outdoor Zip Line Adventure in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! It was an incredibly fun day consisting of a speed boat ride, 9 zip lines, a donkey ride to the top of the mountain, waterfall and free fall repelling, and a slide down the highest water slide in Mexico! We love to get the adrenaline pumping!
We Are Big On Adventure
We are avid travelers with long bucket lists of places we'd love to see. But in the meantime, we love to learn the languages of the places we long to visit.
Jennifer is studying Italian.
Paola's learning Portuguese.
Ulises is learning French.
We Don't Stop At Bilingual
Although we have been United States citizens for over 20 years, we were all born in El Salvador. Jennifer and Paola grew up in South Florida since coming over 20 years ago. We love to visit our birth country to see our friends and family as much as possible. We are all fluent in English and Spanish.
We Are Salvadorans
We have always been animal lovers and had pets. Currently we have a 12-year old Bichon Frise named Simba (after The Lion King). He is so calm and loving. Our cat is 4 years old named Cleo (or KitKat depending on who you ask). She is the complete opposite of Simba. She prefers to be alone and doesn't like to be bothered (but we do it anyway). They get along really well.
We Have a Dog & a Cat
Paola is both analytical and creative so she wanted to study a field that mixes them. So she decided to combine the two by pursuing a BA in computer science at UCF. She hopes to make groundbreaking moves as a female in a male dominated industry.
Paola Is Studying Computer Science
You can never go wrong with Chick-Fil-A is Jennifer's motto! Her first job and internship was at Chick-Fil-A, but she loved their chicken sandwiches long before that. She claims she wouldn’t have survived college without it.
Her go-to order is chicken nuggets, (large) waffle fries, and a cookies and cream milkshake.
