And while these produce earnings, they are between 0.5% to 4% returns. Because multi-family leverages both the high returns of real estate and economies of scale, the returns with us can be as minimal as 6% with no limit on the potential. We are conservative investors but we still look for an above average return compared to just about any other form of investment.
