Every quarter, you will receive a check in your mailbox with your passive income that your investment is generating. This will be around the same time we do our quarterly reports and analysis. It will be a PDF containing all the latest numbers of the properties where your investment is placed. You'll also have access to an hour presentation about any recent updates and/or renovations that have been done. It is a place where all current investors of the property can ask questions and be informed on their investment.

When investing, most think about the stock market, 401(k)s, CDs, or savings. If real estate is mentioned, it's usually single family housing. And while these produce earnings, they are between 0.5% to 4% returns. Because multi-family leverages both the high returns of real estate and economies of scale, the returns with us can be as minimal as 6% with no limit on the potential. We are conservative investors but we still look for an above average return compared to just about any other form of investment.
